Ladies Exercise Class

Looking to stay active? Come join us on Wednesdays in the Senior Center, at 7:00pm for our Ladies Exercise Class! The class taught by certified personal trainer Meg LaPooh, focuses on improving strength, posture, flexibility and balance. No prior training or experience necessary for this class, so bring your yoga mat and we’ll see you there!
